Ansel Adams

“I hope that my work will encourage self expression in others and stimulate the search for beauty and creative excitement in the great world around us.”—Ansel Adams
ANSEL ADAMS is for me one of the LIGHT Masters when it comes to Black and White Images. His eye for dramatic B&W Shots is unbeatable.
Ansel Adams (1902 – 1984) was the most honored American photographer of the twentieth century. Through his exhibitions and publication of his work, his writings, and his leadership in the Sierra Club, Adams was also a prescient and highly effective voice in the fight to preserve America’s remaining wilderness like for instant his landscape photography of the American West or his famous photographs are of Yosemite National Park.
